Green Ladder can guide the investigation, remediation, and regulatory closure of Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP) sites.  We have experience with each Phase of the MCP regulatory process and are familiar with diverse sites, including former industrial facilities, solvent releases, and petroleum releases. 

We are often called upon to peer review work completed by other LSPs, to develop site closure approaches, and to assist in regulatory negotiations.

Property Transaction Support

During transactions of environmentally impacted properties, questions arise about how previous site activities may impact future site use and what additional cleanup work may be needed. 

Through our work in the assessment, remediation, and regulatory closure of contaminated properties, we have the experience necessary to support clients’ business decisions associated with property transactions.

Human Health Risk Assessment

Green Ladder sees risk assessment as a tool for moving sites efficiently toward regulatory closure, providing clear remedial objectives and potential savings throughout the life of a project. 

We have completed hundreds of risk assessments under the MCP and other regulatory programs.  We are eager to support property owners and other environmental professionals through the preparation of clear and effective risk assessments.
